What counts as a prompt turn?
A prompt turn is one request/response exchange with a persona. Prompt counts are analytics; billing uses your dollar-denominated credit balance.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes — upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Do credits roll over?
Yes. Unused credits remain in your balance indefinitely for self-serve plans. Monthly included credits are additive — each billing cycle adds a new grant to your existing balance.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Prompt requests pause when credit balance is insufficient. You can buy one-off credit packs to continue.
How are tool calls billed?
Executed tool calls are billed at a flat $0.01 (1 cent) per invocation and rolled into the same prompt settlement, so you do not get a separate surcharge flow.
Do awareness and mood modifiers cost extra?
No. Awareness and mood are captured as billing attribution metadata only and do not add a separate modifier fee.
Do you offer annual billing?
No. Plans are billed monthly.
